This coffee is made of 75% Riftvalley coffee, 20% Robusta from Lake Victoria region and 5% Liberica from Zanzibar Island. Zanzibar coffee contains much of the attributes of Riftvalley coffee but in addition it has some more body due to the addition of Robusta. Liberica comes from Zanzibar island and adds some spicy notes - a reflection of Zanzibar culture.
